In 1993, we started Malia Mills with a simple idea –
to engineer tops by bra size, to cut bottoms to SHOW OFF
a variety of shapes… to EMPOWER women to stand and
stride to the water.
Today, we have a designer SWIMWEAR COLLECTION
created for the vixen within. We also have a fresh collection of READY TO WEAR, LINGERIE and delicious ACCESSORIES - all LOVINGLY MADE IN AMERICA and curated in Malia Mills boutiques across the country.
We’re passionate about CELEBRATING women and articulating an inspiring voice on the subject of WOMEN and beauty.

The lovely Nan Doyle donned her Web Dionne on a recent visit to Cuba. She writes the following of her travels:
Cuba is suspended in a precarious, magical and tragic moment. Between idealism and drudgery, poetry and poverty. At every street corner, an image leaps out. A birdcage made of toothpicks tied to the back of a bicycle, with songbirds encaged. A tired woman selling coffee in chipped, miniature cups arranged on a broken card table in front of her apartment. A math teacher driving a battered Russian car vintage 1971, past sugar cane fields and telling how he once traveled the world with his top students for the math olympics. And on and on…
These photos were taken one afternoon at the Copacabana Hotel, a run-down spot on the sea in the Miramar neighborhood, with a swimming pool carved in concrete, in the salty water. It’s all falling apart (hence the peeling paint vibe). We snuck in for a beer and swim just before sunset (hence the golden light).
Our jaws are dropping over these amazing images of model and female entrepreneur Lauren Fritsch - posing in our very own Malia Mills Dreamboat. A nostalgic take on the retro charm of Coney Island, NYC - how we love thee. Images & art direction by Jocelyn Mandryk & Troy Schaddelee. August 2012.
