house of malia

In 1993, we started Malia Mills with a simple idea –
to engineer tops by bra size, to cut bottoms to SHOW OFF
a variety of shapes… to EMPOWER women to stand and
stride to the water.

Today, we have a designer SWIMWEAR COLLECTION
created for the vixen within. We also have a fresh collection of READY TO WEAR, LINGERIE and delicious ACCESSORIES - all LOVINGLY MADE IN AMERICA and curated in Malia Mills boutiques across the country.

We’re passionate about CELEBRATING women and articulating an inspiring voice on the subject of WOMEN and beauty.

Hey everyone, I wanted to tell you about this is “girl power” event that I will be performing in Monday night.  We had rehearsal for it last night. The band is killing and so are each of the gals singing. The Canal Room is a big room so we need bodies there to fill it up and enjoy all the hard work we’ve put into it.In finding out a couple hours ago that the legendary Etta James passed away this morning, I feel it is even more fitting for everyone to come out and celebrate the genre of music which the incredible Etta was a forerunner of.
Here’s a little more info:Five rising songstresses share the stage on Monday, January 23rd at 8PM, paying homage to the raucous and stormy sounds of the blues. Heroines Sing the Blues is an evening of electrifying arrangements and virtuoso performances, brought to life by a 5-piece band. Join Sally Eidman, Sharon Kenny, Michelle Kinney, Nisha Asnani, and Brianna Sage as these Heroines shake up the Canal Room, riffing on and revisiting the celebrated artists who moved the blues from the streets and swamps onto the stage and into our souls. Tickets are $15 in advance/$20 at the door: http://www.canalroom.com/event_detail.php?id=786The Canal Room is located conveniently off the 1, A, C, E at Canal Street.
